Form builder

With SmartDok, you can now easily create your own forms/checklists and fill them in on a PC, mobile or tablet. Our form builder is full of smart functions and possibilities. The process of building form templates is user-friendly and simple, in addition to providing far greater flexibility in form design.

Template library

As part of the system, we offer a template library of various checklists that our customers can easily download to their accounts and use directly, or adjust according to their own needs. With the template library available, HSEQ work will be significantly easier. Use good templates that you can either use straight out of the box, or edit so that they are 100% adapted to your business.

Internal control

In SmartDok, you get, among other things, a template for an HSEQ manual. This satisfies the requirements for documentation when filling in. The HSEQ manual has help text that guides you through filling in. If there are aspects of the systematic HSEQ work your company does not have fully in place, you will also find tips here.

In addition, it is new to bring the occupational health service into the work and SmartDok also has an HSEQ advisor who, together with Customer Success, can assist with advice and guidance for effective use of the system.

Central approval

SmartDok as a system is the framework you need to bring in your company’s current goals, checklists, procedures, training requirements, etc. required to satisfy the legislation that applies to all companies and specifically to their industry.

When you as a company manager fill in the system confirmation, you sign that your company has adopted the system and entered the information required to document that your HSE and quality work is within the current legislation.

Improvement proposal

Do you have something that you think could make your workplace even better? Or do you want to brag about something positive that has been done? Now you can do all this in SmartDok.

A good HSEQ system must make it possible for employees to easily record improvement proposals to management. This could increase commitment, and give employees more ownership of the processes surrounding the optimization of health, environment and safety considerations.

Clients are becoming more and more focused on getting an overall picture of the situation from their projects, and then positive observations are an important supplement to non-conformance registrations and other reporting.

Submitted improvement proposals and positive observations are processed via the web, and comments entered will be readable by the submitter so that further measures for feedback are not necessary. By default, the new function will be activated for all HMS/KS customers.

In SmartDok, the company can easily build its management system and make it available to all employees. This makes ISO and Environmental Lighthouse certification easier to implement.
